What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bath Tune Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all monetary consideration from advertisements on the Bath Tune Up website belongs solely to the franchisor. This includes consideration from the placement or sale of advertisements, endorsements, and sponsorships on the franchisor's website, including any franchisee pages, as well as consideration from affiliate programs.

This means that while Bath Tune Up franchisees may benefit from increased brand awareness and customer referrals generated by the website, they will not directly receive any of the revenue generated through website advertising or affiliate programs. The franchisor retains full control over these revenue streams.

This arrangement is fairly common in franchising, where the franchisor often manages the brand's online presence and retains the associated revenue. Prospective Bath Tune Up franchisees should consider this when evaluating the potential return on investment and the overall value proposition of the franchise.
