What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bath Tune Up Franchise Disclosure Document, Bath Tune Up may establish a National Support Services Network in the future. This network would consist of qualified representatives who can respond to inquiries from customers of Bath Tune Up franchisees.
The costs for operating this National Support Services Network may be covered partially or entirely by the National Advertising Fund. This fund is supported by franchisee contributions. Each Bath Tune Up franchisee pays the greater of 1% of their monthly Gross Revenue or $500 to the National Advertising Fund. Bath Tune Up has the option to increase this amount, but not above 2% of the franchisee's monthly Gross Revenue.
It's important to note that the National Advertising Fund is not a trust or escrow account, and Bath Tune Up has no fiduciary obligation to franchisees regarding the fund. Bath Tune Up has the right to decide how the advertising and public relations programs are run, including the creative content, materials, and media used. The funds can be used for various purposes, such as website development, public relations, internet marketing, and the costs of creating promotions and artwork.
