What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bath Tune Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee or the manager must complete the Initial Training Program before the Operating Date. This program includes virtual classroom and practical instruction regarding the technical aspects of operating the franchised business, basic business operating procedures, basic sales and marketing techniques, and other topics selected by Bath Tune Up from time to time.

In addition to the Initial Training Program, the franchisee must participate in and successfully complete Bath Tune Up's "Four Week Pre-Training Program" and "Twelve Week Post-Training/Mentor Program". These programs, along with the Initial Training Program, are collectively referred to as the "Training Programs" and are designed to reinforce and supplement the initial training.

Before beginning the Training Programs, if the franchisee is not the manager, the manager must deliver a signed confidentiality agreement to Bath Tune Up. This agreement must be in the form included in the Manuals from time to time. The purpose of this agreement is likely to protect Bath Tune Up's confidential information and trade secrets.
