What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Bath Tune Up Franchise Disclosure Document, the company requires franchisees to participate in a "Four Week Pre-Training Program" and a "Twelve Week Post-Training/Mentor Program" in addition to the Initial Training Program. The manuals, which contain the policies and procedures for franchisees, are available on Bath Tune Up's electronic portal. However, the FDD does not specify the name or type of learning management system used to deliver or manage these training programs.

While the FDD mentions the existence of pre- and post-training programs, it does not provide details on how these programs are delivered. It is common for franchises to use a learning management system (LMS) to deliver online training, track progress, and assess comprehension. Without this information, prospective franchisees may not fully understand the technological resources and support provided by Bath Tune Up for training purposes.

Therefore, it is recommended that potential Bath Tune Up franchisees ask the franchisor directly about the learning management system used for the pre- and post-training programs. Specifically, they should inquire about the platform's features, accessibility, and any technical requirements for participation. Understanding the LMS will help franchisees gauge the effectiveness and convenience of the training process.
