What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bath Tune Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is due upon signing the Franchise Agreement. Specifically, the FDD states that the franchisee must pay the initial franchise fee concurrently with signing the agreement. The initial franchise fee is payable as a lump sum using lawful money of the United States of America.
Initially, the Initial Franchise Fee was listed as $19,950. However, the FDD includes an addendum that amends this section of the Franchise Agreement. The addendum states that the Initial Franchise Fee is $16,958. The franchisee will receive the Bath Tune-Up Start-Up Package once the initial franchise fee is paid in full.
It is important to note that the initial franchise fee is non-refundable. Prospective franchisees should be aware of this and carefully consider their decision before signing the agreement and paying the fee. Additionally, veterans, active service members, and their spouses may be eligible for a 15% discount on the initial franchise fee, as detailed in Item 5 of the FDD.
