Franchisor has the right to mandate certain brands, types, makes, and/or models of communications, computer systems, software and hardware including without limitation: (1) back office and point of sale systems, mobile devices, data, audio, video, and voice storage, retrieval, and transmission systems for use at the Franchised Business, between or among Franchised Businesses, and between and among Franchisee's Franchised Business and Franchisor, its designee, and/or Franchisee; (2) physical, electronic, and other security systems; (3) printers and other peripheral devices; (4) archival back-up systems; and (5) Internet access mode (e.g., form of telecommunications connection) and speed (collectively, the "Computer System"). Franchisee must purchase or lease, and thereafter maintain, the Computer System, and comply with Franchisor's requirements, specifications, and policies concerning the use of technology, as they may be specified in this Agreement, or specified or modified in the Manuals or otherwise in writing.
