What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bath Tune Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees operating a Showroom face specific restrictions regarding the use and display of trademarks. A franchisee cannot use any trademarks, trade names, marks, insignias, or logotypes other than the fictitious business name in advertisements containing "BATH TUNE-UP®" or any other marks.

These restrictions extend to the franchisee's place of business, where no other trademarks can be displayed in a manner visible from the outside. This also applies to any computer system used at the business. The primary goal is to prevent any confusion that could lead customers to believe that other trademarks or associated products/services are owned or offered by Bath Tune Up.

These rules are in place unless expressly permitted otherwise in the franchise agreement or the Manuals. Bath Tune Up retains the right to add, substitute, or modify any of the marks, with franchisees obligated to implement these changes at their own expense within 30 days of notification. This ensures consistent branding and prevents unauthorized representation of other brands in association with Bath Tune Up.
