You will not be considered a graduate of our training program, or receive your Certification of Training, until you have successfully completed all phases of our training program. You or your manager must complete the initial training program to our satisfaction before you begin operating the Franchised Business. At the initial training program we give you access to proprietary information for use in training your staff. The materials we provide remain our sole property.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bath Tune Up FDD, before a franchisee can begin operating their Bath Tune Up franchise, either the franchisee or their designated manager must successfully complete all phases of the initial training program to the franchisor's satisfaction. Only upon successful completion will they be considered a graduate of the training program and receive a Certification of Training.
Bath Tune Up provides training for up to two people without charge. If there is room at a training session, the franchisee may send one additional person to the in-person training at no additional charge. Additional people may attend either the same or later in-person training sessions, subject to class availability, by paying a charge of $150 per person per day. The franchisee is responsible for all other costs associated with in-person training, including lodging and airfare, car rental, meals, and wages for their employees during training.
This requirement ensures that the franchisee or their manager is adequately prepared to manage and operate the Bath Tune Up franchise according to the franchisor's standards and procedures. The initial training program also provides access to proprietary information for use in training staff, with the understanding that these materials remain the sole property of Bath Tune Up.
