However, Bath Tune Up franchisees should be aware of certain limitations to this exclusivity. Bath Tune Up may enter into agreements with "Key Accounts" that operate across multiple territories, including the franchisee's. If a franchisee wishes to service these Key Accounts within their territory, they must sign Bath Tune Up's Master Services Agreement. The franchisee has the option to decline serving a Key Account, but if they decline twice within a 12-month period, Bath Tune Up reserves the right to allow others to service that account in the franchisee's territory.
