One section of the agreement states that the initial franchise fee is $19,950. Upon payment of this fee, the franchisee will receive the Bath Tune-Up Start-Up Package. The initial franchise fee is payable in a lump sum when the franchise agreement is signed and is non-refundable.

A prospective franchisee should clarify with Bath Tune Up which initial franchise fee applies to their specific agreement, as the FDD contains conflicting information. It is important to understand all the terms and conditions before signing the franchise agreement, including the correct initial franchise fee.
