  • C. Use. Your right to use and identify with the Marks and System applies only to the Franchised Location, and exists concurrently with the term of this Agreement and only so long as you are in complete compliance with our quality standards.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, your right to use and identify with the Marks and System applies only to the Franchised Location. This right exists concurrently with the term of the Franchise Agreement and only as long as you are in complete compliance with Basecamp Fitness's quality standards.

Basecamp Fitness specifies that you can only operate your Basecamp Studio at the Franchised Location. If you want to open another location, you must sign a new franchise agreement and pay the applicable franchise fees for each new location. The rights granted to you are personal and cannot be used at any location other than the Franchised Location. You are not allowed to delegate, subfranchise, or sublicense any of your rights under the Franchise Agreement.

Basecamp Fitness retains all rights not expressly granted to you, including the right to sell products and services under the "Basecamp Fitness" name through various channels, including the internet. You are required to operate your Basecamp Studio so that it is clearly identified and advertised as a Basecamp Fitness studio, and the style and form of the advertising must have Basecamp Fitness's prior written approval.
