Vitals Training
During the time you operate your Basecamp Studio, there may be additional training that we require you to attend in order to stay current on the policies, procedures, and techniques of operating a Basecamp studio. These programs are intended to maximize the profitability of your business. In the years that we do not offer a Conference, you must send a representative to a "Vitals" program, if offered. The program typically includes 1 to 5 days of training in the following areas: marketing, client engagement, member service, and other topics that we designate from time to time. This training will be conducted in a virtual format or at a location we designate, at our discretion.
