What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there is currently no fee for the Day in the Life training that Fitness Managers must take. However, the FDD explicitly states that Basecamp Fitness may charge a fee for this training in the future.

This means that while franchisees are not presently required to budget for this specific training fee, they should be aware that this could change. It would be prudent for prospective franchisees to inquire with Basecamp Fitness about the likelihood and potential cost of this future fee to better prepare their financial projections.

Regardless of whether a training fee is charged, franchisees are responsible for covering all travel and living expenses incurred by their personnel while attending any required training programs. These costs should be factored into the initial investment and ongoing operational budgets for a Basecamp Fitness franchise.
