You will purchase from our affiliate a "Technology & Fitness Equipment Package" that includes fitness equipment and various technology systems, including computer hardware and software and other related components and lighting you need to operate your Basecamp Studio.
You will also pay our affiliate a one-time nonrefundable set-up fee and nonrefundable monthly fees for these technology solutions.
All amounts shall be due at the times we specify.
These systems will not include all of the technology systems you will need to operate your Basecamp Studio and you will need to purchase other systems.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Technology & Fitness Equipment Package includes fitness equipment, various technology systems, computer hardware and software, related components, and lighting. A franchisee is required to purchase this package from Basecamp Fitness's affiliate.
In addition to the initial purchase, the franchisee must also pay a one-time, nonrefundable set-up fee and nonrefundable monthly fees for the technology solutions included in the package. The FDD states that all amounts are due at the times Basecamp Fitness specifies.
It is important to note that the technology systems included in this package will not cover all the technology needs for operating a Basecamp Studio. Franchisees will need to purchase additional systems separately to fully equip their studio.
