What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, before Basecamp Fitness creates a Compliance Drawing for your studio, you must supply accurate site information for your proposed location. This information includes, but is not limited to, as-built drawings, surveys, technical data, construction documents, and site plans.
This means that as a prospective franchisee, you'll need to gather detailed information about the physical location you intend to use for your Basecamp Fitness studio. This is a crucial step because the Compliance Drawing will dictate the specific layout and design of your studio. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information could lead to delays or costly revisions later in the construction process.
It is important to note that you cannot begin construction of your Basecamp Studio until Basecamp Fitness provides written consent to your actual design. Therefore, it is in your best interest to gather all required site information accurately and promptly to avoid any delays in the studio development process. Additionally, if you want additional Compliance Drawings, you must pay Basecamp Fitness their then-current fee per drawing.
