Mr. Runyon served as the Chief Executive Officer for us, Waxing Worldwide, Anytime Fitness and The Bar Method Franchising from October 2021 to November 2024. He has served as a Governor on our Board since October 2021. Mr. Runyon served as the President of our predecessor BFLLC from August 2018 to November 2024. He has also served as a Governor on the Board of BFLLC since August 2018. He is also one of the founders of Anytime Fitness, and has served as a Director of AFLLC since February 2002, until he was appointed as a Governor, its President and Chief Manager in December 2009. In January 2013, he transitioned from the role of President to Chief Executive Officer of AFLLC. He held the roles of Chief Manager and Chief Executive Officer until November 2024. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of WCWLLC from September 2012 to November 2024 and as the President of TBMLLC from September 2019 to November 2024.
