You must retain our designated architectural vendor to create a complete set of detailed construction documents and to complete construction of your facility in compliance with our mandatory specifications ("Construction Documents"), and to obtain any required permits, and conform the premises to local ordinances or building codes.

- If you do not use our designated architectural vendor to create your Construction Documents, you must pay our then-current fee to review and approve your Construction Documents. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if this is your first Basecamp Studio, we may require you to obtain your Construction Documents from our designated architectural vendor.

- If you do not use our designated architectural vendor for the creation of your Construction Documents, you will pay us upon demand a nonrefundable fee of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($2,700) to review your Construction Documents.

Basecamp Fitness also provides a prototype floor plan and will create a specific studio layout/design for the franchisee's Basecamp Studio, called a Compliance Drawing. The franchisee is responsible for conforming the prototype plans to their space and constructing the premises in compliance with all local laws. The franchisee must supply Basecamp Fitness with accurate site information, including as-built drawings, surveys, technical data, construction documents, and site plans, to allow them to create a Compliance Drawing.
