What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Presale Training is mandatory for specific personnel. The franchisee, or their Principal Operator, along with the Studio Manager, must attend and successfully complete the Presale Training.
This training is conducted over 3 to 4 days and should be completed 90 to 120 days before the studio is expected to open. The training can be held virtually, at the franchisee’s studio, or at another location designated by Basecamp Fitness. The franchisee is responsible for covering any travel and lodging costs incurred by themselves or their personnel while attending the training.
Furthermore, if the Principal Operator is not also a Principal Owner, then a Principal Owner of the business must also attend and complete this training before the Basecamp Fitness studio opens. This ensures that both the operational manager and an owner are well-versed in the presale strategies and procedures necessary for a successful launch.
