What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise received Initial Franchise Fees ranging from $20,000 to $42,500 during 2024. This range reflects the different pricing options available, including discounts for veterans and existing franchisees. These discounts are subject to change or termination by Basecamp Fitness at any time.
The Initial Franchise Fee is due in full when the Franchise Agreement is signed. Basecamp Fitness considers the fee fully earned once paid, and it is non-refundable. This means that a prospective franchisee should be certain of their decision before signing the agreement and paying the fee, as there are no refunds if they change their mind.
It is important to note that this range applies to standard Basecamp Fitness franchises. Area Development Agreements (ADAs), which allow franchisees to develop multiple studios, have different initial fee structures. The Development Fee for ADAs is paid in full for all committed studios upon signing the Development Agreement and is also non-refundable.
