- B. Build-Out Package. You must purchase from us a "Build-Out Package", which includes your signage, initial marketing materials, furniture, fixtures and a design kit. You will order these items as a package through our on-line portal. The amounts you pay for these items are nonrefundable and are due at the times we specify. These items will not constitute all of the items you will need to establish and operate your Basecamp Studio and you will need to purchase other items.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to purchase a Build-Out Package from Basecamp Fitness. This package includes signage, initial marketing materials, furniture, fixtures, and a design kit. Franchisees must order these items as a package through Basecamp Fitness's online portal.
The amounts paid for the Build-Out Package are nonrefundable and are due at the times Basecamp Fitness specifies. The FDD clarifies that the Build-Out Package does not include all the items necessary to establish and operate a Basecamp Studio, meaning franchisees will need to purchase additional items separately.
In addition to the Build-Out Package, franchisees must also purchase a "Technology & Fitness Equipment Package" from Basecamp Fitness's affiliate, which includes fitness equipment and various technology systems, including computer hardware and software, and other related components and lighting needed to operate the Basecamp Studio. Franchisees will also pay a one-time nonrefundable set-up fee and nonrefundable monthly fees for these technology solutions. These systems will also not include all of the technology systems needed to operate the Basecamp Studio, and additional systems will need to be purchased.
