We will provide you with consulting services to assist you in determining the evaluation criteria for selecting the site location for your Basecamp Studio as described above.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Basecamp Fitness does provide consulting services to assist franchisees in determining the evaluation criteria for selecting a site location for their Basecamp Studio. This is part of Basecamp Fitness's pre-opening obligations to the franchisee.
Basecamp Fitness also provides a prototype floor plan and will create a specific studio layout/design for the Basecamp Studio. The franchisee must use Basecamp Fitness's designated architectural vendor to create a complete set of detailed construction documents and to complete construction of the facility in compliance with Basecamp Fitness's mandatory specifications.
However, the franchisee is ultimately responsible for conforming the prototype plans to their space, constructing the premises in accordance with the franchise agreement, and complying with all local laws. The franchisee is also responsible for obtaining any required permits and conforming the premises to local ordinances or building codes.
