and permit requirements without any alterations; (vi) obtain all customary contractors' sworn statements and partial and final waivers; and (vii) obtain all necessary permits, licenses and architectural seals and comply with applicable legal requirements relating to the building, signs, equipment and premises, including, but not limited to, the Americans With Disabilities Act.

- If you do not use our designated architectural vendor to create your Construction Documents, you must pay our then-current fee to review and approve your Construction Documents. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if this is your first Basecamp Studio, we may require you to obtain your Construction Documents from our designated architectural vendor.

This ensures that all construction aligns with the brand's requirements and maintains consistency across all Basecamp Fitness studios.
