What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a one-time Technology Set-up Fee of $500 to ProVision for the technology solutions included in the Technology & Fitness Equipment Package. This fee is due before the systems are set up.

In addition to the one-time set-up fee, Basecamp Fitness franchisees also pay a monthly Technology Fee. The current monthly Technology Fee is $799, due on the first business day of each month after billing begins, typically when the studio starts pre-sales 60 to 90 days before opening.

Neither the one-time Technology Set-up Fee of $500 nor the ongoing monthly Technology Fee of $799 is refundable. This means that once paid, these fees cannot be recovered, regardless of whether the franchisee's circumstances change or the studio does not open as planned. Franchisees should factor these non-refundable costs into their financial planning.
