to stay current on the policies, procedures, and techniques of operating a Basecamp studio. These programs are intended to maximize the profitability of your business. In the years that we do not offer a Conference, you must send a representative to a "Vitals" program, if offered. The program typically includes 1 to 5 days of training in the following areas: marketing, client engagement, member service, and other topics that we designate from time to time.
