What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the fee schedule outlining Healthy Contributions' fees for clients is called the "Healthy Contribution Club Fee Structure Schedule" or simply the "Fee Structure Schedule".
This schedule details the fees that clients (presumably Basecamp Fitness members) agree to pay Healthy Contributions (HC) for its services, unless HC's fees are completely covered by a Program Provider. The payment method is determined by the Program Provider or selected by the client if available. It is important to note that HC retains the right to modify these fees and charges without prior notification. Should a client disagree with these changes, they have the option to change their payment method, if possible, or withdraw from the relevant program.
Basecamp Fitness franchisees should be aware of this fee structure as it impacts their clients participating in Fitness Incentive Programs administered by Healthy Contributions. Franchisees should stay informed about any changes to the fee schedule and understand the implications for their members. Additionally, franchisees should familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of the Healthy Contributions agreement, as it outlines the obligations and responsibilities of both the client and HC.
