What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Conference Fee covers one Basecamp Fitness studio. The fee is currently $439 for early registration, increasing to $659 at the Conference, but may increase to a maximum of $1,500 per registration.
This fee is payable when a franchisee registers for the conference, regardless of how many studios they own. Even if a franchisee does not register for the conference, they are still responsible for paying the conference fee.
The payment of this fee covers the registration for a Principal Owner of the Basecamp Fitness studio to attend the conference. This means that even if a franchisee owns multiple Basecamp Fitness studios, the conference fee only covers the registration for one principal owner from one of their studios.
