You will use the Marks that now or hereafter may form a part of the System, on all signs, paper supplies, business cards, uniforms, advertising materials, Technology Platforms, and other items in the identical combination and manner as we may prescribe in writing and you will supply to us samples or photographs of the same upon our request.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as a franchisee, you are required to use the Marks that form a part of the Basecamp Fitness system on all signs, paper supplies, business cards, uniforms, advertising materials, and Technology Platforms. The Marks must be used in the identical combination and manner as prescribed in writing by Basecamp Fitness. You must also supply Basecamp Fitness with samples or photographs of these items upon their request.
Basecamp Fitness retains the right to protect and maintain all rights to the Marks against any misuse or unauthorized use. If it becomes necessary to modify or discontinue the use of any Mark, Basecamp Fitness will provide written notice, and you must immediately adopt the changes at your own expense. This includes changes to the name "Basecamp Fitness," in which case all references to the name will be deemed references to the substitute Mark.
The Franchise Agreement specifies that your Basecamp Studio will be identified by the Marks prescribed by Basecamp Fitness. You only have the right to use the Marks at the Franchised Location, during the term of the agreement, and as long as you comply with Basecamp Fitness's quality standards. You must use the Marks in the manner prescribed, directed, and approved by Basecamp Fitness in writing and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You cannot authorize others to use or reproduce the Marks without prior written consent, and any goodwill resulting from your use of the Marks will be to Basecamp Fitness's exclusive benefit.
Furthermore, you must prominently display signs containing the Marks, both on the interior and exterior of your Basecamp Studio premises, in the form, color, number, location, and size designated by Basecamp Fitness. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses for these signs and ensuring they comply with all laws and ordinances. You are prohibited from displaying any sign or advertising to which Basecamp Fitness objects.
