As you know, Basecamp Fitness Franchisor LLC (the "Franchisor") and you are preparing to enter into a Franchise Agreement and/or Area Development Agreement for the operation of a franchised Basecamp® Fitness business (the "Franchise"). Please review each of the following questions carefully and provide honest responses to each question.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, prospective franchisees may enter into both a Franchise Agreement and an Area Development Agreement. This is evident in the Franchisee Questionnaire, which references both types of agreements. The questionnaire includes questions about the franchisee's review and understanding of these agreements.
Specifically, Question 3 in the Franchisee Questionnaire asks if the franchisee has personally reviewed the Franchise Agreement and/or Area Development Agreement, along with all attached exhibits and schedules. Question 7 asks about any promises or agreements made outside of what is expressly set forth in the Franchise Agreement and/or Area Development Agreement. Question 8 asks about any contingencies that will affect the franchisee's ability to sign or perform their obligations under the Franchise Agreement and/or Area Development Agreement.
Exhibit F of the disclosure document is the Area Development Agreement, Guaranty, and State Specific Addenda. Exhibit J, Guaranty of Performance, references both the Franchise Agreement and Area Development Agreement identified in its 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document. This indicates that Basecamp Fitness offers Area Development Agreements in addition to standard Franchise Agreements, providing an opportunity for franchisees to develop multiple locations within a specified area.
