If Basecamp Fitness modifies a Mark, is the franchisee required to immediately adopt the changes?

According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Basecamp Fitness has the right to modify or discontinue the use of any Mark. If it becomes advisable to modify or discontinue a Mark, or if a court determines another party has superior rights to a Mark, Basecamp Fitness will provide written notice to the franchisee. Upon receiving this notice, the franchisee is required to immediately adopt and use the changes and amendments to the Marks specified by Basecamp Fitness in writing, at the franchisee's sole expense. If the changed Mark is the name "Basecamp Fitness", all references to that name in the Franchise Agreement will be deemed references to the substitute Mark.
