What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Basecamp Fitness Franchise Disclosure Document, it is not explicitly stated whether a franchisee must pay a fee for additional Compliance Drawings. However, the document does mention fees for additional training programs and inspections if a Basecamp Fitness studio fails to meet standards.

Specifically, franchisees may request additional training programs, but they must pay the then-current fee for such programs, plus travel, lodging, and meals. Additionally, if a Basecamp Fitness studio fails an inspection, the franchisee must pay a failed inspection fee for each subsequent inspection until a passing score is received.

While the FDD does not directly address the cost of additional Compliance Drawings, it does establish a precedent for charging fees for additional services or repeated evaluations. A prospective franchisee should inquire with the franchisor about the specific costs associated with obtaining additional Compliance Drawings beyond what is initially provided.
