What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Healthy Contributions (HC) may communicate with clients through email or other electronic means. These communications can include updates about Fitness Incentive Program changes, enhancements, offers, and other pertinent information. These communications may also include information concerning health plans or promotional advertising in connection with Fitness Incentive Programs and/or HC's services.

This means that as a Basecamp Fitness franchisee, your clients who participate in Fitness Incentive Programs may receive electronic communications from HC regarding program updates, promotional offers, and other relevant information. This communication method allows HC to keep clients informed about changes or new opportunities within the Fitness Incentive Programs.

Franchisees should be aware that these communications are part of the service provided by HC as the payment processor and program administrator for these incentive programs. It is important for franchisees to understand the nature and frequency of these communications to manage client expectations and address any questions or concerns that may arise. This also highlights the importance of ensuring that client contact information is accurately maintained to facilitate effective communication.
