When must the Basecamp Fitness Fitness Manager complete the Day in the Life Training?

Your Fitness Manager must attend and complete to our satisfaction Day in the Life Training. This training is conducted over 1-2 days and must be completed 30-45 days before your Studio is expected to open. This training will be conducted in a virtual format, at your studio, or at another location we designate, at our discretion. There is currently no cost for this training but we may charge for it in the future. You are responsible for any travel and lodging costs your personnel incur to attend the training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Fitness Manager must complete the Day in the Life Training between 30 to 45 days before the studio is expected to open. This training spans 1-2 days.
The Day in the Life Training can be conducted virtually, at the franchisee's studio, or at a location designated by Basecamp Fitness. Currently, there is no cost for this training; however, Basecamp Fitness may charge for it in the future.
The franchisee is responsible for covering any travel and lodging costs incurred by their personnel to attend the training. This ensures the Fitness Manager is adequately prepared for the studio's daily operations before the grand opening.
