Vitals Training.
If we do not hold a conference, you must send a representative to a "Vitals" program, if we offer it.
The program typically includes training in the following areas: marketing, client engagement, member service, and other topics that we designate from time to time.
This training will be conducted in a virtual format or at a location we designate, at our discretion.
We will charge our then-current fee for this training course, plus our costs to conduct the training.
Fees are payable before the training occurs.
