Your Principal Operator is required to successfully complete this training at the time we specify if your Basecamp Studio fails to satisfy the 6-month membership requirement for your Basecamp Studio as set forth in the Rider to this Agreement or is not on track, as we may determine in our sole discretion, to meet that requirement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a Basecamp Studio fails to meet its 6-month membership requirements or is not on track to meet them, the Principal Operator must complete the Relaunch Training. Basecamp Fitness will charge its then-current fee for the Relaunch Training course, which must be paid before the training takes place.

This means that if a franchisee's studio underperforms in its initial months, they will be required to undergo additional training to improve its performance. This Relaunch Training is not free, and the franchisee will have to pay the then-current fee to Basecamp Fitness before attending the training. The FDD does not specify the exact amount of this fee, only that it is the 'then-current fee'.

Prospective franchisees should inquire about the current fee for the Relaunch Training to factor this potential cost into their financial planning. Understanding the cost associated with this training is crucial for assessing the financial risks and potential expenses related to operating a Basecamp Fitness franchise.
