rsonally supervise your Basecamp Studio, we recommend that you do so. If you are not the "on premise" manager of the Basecamp Studio, then you must designate a Principal Operator to serve as your on-premise manager. Each Basecamp Studio must employ a studio manager, a fitness manager, plus fitness coaches. The individual you designate as the "Principal Operator" and your studio manager must complete our Initial Training Program. The fitness manager must complete the Day In the Life Operations Training, which is a segment of the Initial Training Program.
You, and your Principal Operator if you have one, must attend and participate in any on-site visits by our corporate representatives at your Studio.
