What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Development Fee is payable in full when the Development Agreement is signed. This fee is consideration for the Development Agreement itself, not for any individual Franchise Agreement that may follow. Basecamp Fitness considers the Development Fee fully earned upon receipt. This fee is nonrefundable.
This means that a prospective Basecamp Fitness franchisee must be prepared to pay the entire Development Fee upfront when committing to develop multiple locations.
