What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to complete Launch Training 7-30 days before their studio is expected to open. The Launch Training costs $3,000, which is nonrefundable and due before the training.

In addition to the $3,000 training fee, franchisees are responsible for covering all travel and lodging costs incurred while attending the Launch Training. Basecamp Fitness determines the location of the training, which may be virtual, at the franchisee's studio, or at another designated location.

Prospective Basecamp Fitness franchisees should factor in these training costs, along with travel and lodging expenses, when assessing the overall investment required to start the franchise. It is important to note that the Launch Training fee is nonrefundable, so franchisees should carefully plan their studio opening timeline to avoid any potential financial loss.
