What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase only approved types, models, or brands of furniture that meet the franchisor's standards for quality, design, warranties, appearance, function, and performance. While Basecamp Fitness does not approve every item, they retain the right to approve the manufacturer or supplier of any item used in the studio's operation.

If a Basecamp Fitness studio is not constructed strictly according to the plans approved by Basecamp Fitness, the franchisee will be in default of the franchise agreement. Basecamp Fitness can terminate the agreement without providing an opportunity to cure the default if the franchisee fails to remedy the deficiencies within thirty days after receiving notice from Basecamp Fitness.

This requirement ensures uniformity and quality control across all Basecamp Fitness locations, protecting the brand's image and customer experience. Franchisees should carefully adhere to the approved supplier lists and design specifications to avoid potential termination of their franchise agreement. It is the franchisee's responsibility to ensure full compliance with these standards.
