What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a client's payment is not drafted, they will be notified and offered a second payment method. If the payment is not made within 10 days of this notification, a late fee of $29.00 may be imposed.
Furthermore, Basecamp Fitness reserves the right to suspend all services to the client if any fee remains unpaid 10 days after the initial notification. This suspension will remain in effect until full payment is made.
Basecamp Fitness will not be held liable to the client or any third party for the suspension of services due to non-payment. This means that the client will not be able to participate in fitness programs until the outstanding balance, including any late fees, is settled. This policy ensures that Basecamp Fitness can maintain consistent revenue collection and manage its financial obligations effectively.
