Before you begin construction of your Basecamp Studio, we will create a specific studio layout/design for your Basecamp Studio (a "Compliance Drawing").
If, however, you would like additional Compliance Drawing, you must pay us our then-current fee per Drawing.

According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a 'Compliance Drawing' is a specific studio layout/design that Basecamp Fitness will create for the franchisee's studio before construction begins. Basecamp Fitness will provide one Compliance Drawing. However, if the franchisee wants additional drawings, they must pay Basecamp Fitness's then-current fee for each additional drawing.

The franchisee is also required to retain a licensed and qualified architect and/or design professional to create Construction Documents and complete the construction of the Basecamp Studio in accordance with these documents. If the franchisee does not use Basecamp Fitness's designated architectural vendor, they must pay a fee for Basecamp Fitness to review and approve the Construction Documents. However, for the first Basecamp Studio, the franchisor may require the franchisee to obtain Construction Documents from their designated architectural vendor.
