Where will the Basecamp Fitness Coaches Training Course be conducted?

According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Coaches Training Course can be conducted in a virtual format, at the franchisee's studio, or at another location designated by Basecamp Fitness. This applies to both the initial Coaches Training Course that a Fitness Manager and at least three coaches must attend before the studio opens, as well as the additional Coaches Training required for new coaches after the studio opens.

For the initial Coaches Training Course, the Fitness Manager must complete the training 45-60 days before the studio opens, while the other coaches must complete it 7-30 days before opening. After the studio opens, any new coaches must complete the training within 45 days of their hire date. If they do not complete the training in time, they may not provide coaching services until they do so.

Basecamp Fitness offers this flexibility in training locations to accommodate different needs and circumstances. The franchisor determines the specific location at its discretion. Franchisees should factor in potential travel and living expenses for themselves and their personnel when budgeting for training, as they are responsible for these costs regardless of the training location. After the first 12 months of the studio opening, the cost for additional coaches training is $250 per attendee.
