What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a client of Healthy Contributions (HC) has no claim to any compensation that HC receives from a Program Provider. HC may receive compensation from a Program Provider for its services as a payment processor and administrator for Fitness Incentive Programs. This compensation is determined solely by HC and the Program Provider.
This means that any fees or payments HC receives from Program Providers for managing the Fitness Incentive Programs are fully earned by HC. Clients participating in these programs through Basecamp Fitness are not entitled to any portion of this compensation. The agreement explicitly states that the client acknowledges and agrees to this arrangement.
For a prospective Basecamp Fitness franchisee, this clarifies the financial relationships within the Fitness Incentive Programs. It confirms that the franchisee's clients cannot claim any part of the compensation paid to Healthy Contributions by the Program Providers. This arrangement is designed to compensate HC for its administrative and payment processing services, and it is separate from any fees or reimbursements the client may be entitled to under the Fitness Incentive Program.
