As you know, Basecamp Fitness Franchisor LLC (the "Franchisor") and you are preparing to enter into a Franchise Agreement and/or Area Development Agreement for the operation of a franchised Basecamp® Fitness business (the "Franchise"). What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Basecamp Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee and Basecamp Fitness Franchisor LLC are preparing to enter into a Franchise Agreement and/or Area Development Agreement. These agreements will enable the franchisee to operate a franchised Basecamp Fitness business.
The Franchise Agreement grants the franchisee the right to open, operate, and manage a Basecamp Fitness studio. In return, the franchisee pays an initial franchise fee to Basecamp Fitness. During the term of the agreement, the franchisee is also obligated to pay royalties, with the specific amounts varying as outlined in the Franchise Agreement.
