- Supplemental Training We may require that you and your Operating Manager participate in supplemental on-site training that we may designate and require in our discretion. We may provide, in our discretion, supplemental training on-site at your Shop Location. You will be required to pay our then current supplemental training fee, currently $300 per on-site trainer per day, plus travel expenses, meals and accommodation expenses incurred by us. - Initial Training for Replacement Operating Manager(s) Your Operating Manager must complete, to our satisfaction, our initial training program. We will offer and make available to your replacement Operating Manager our initial training program which must be complete to our satisfaction. The initial
training program will be provided by us at the facilities that we designate that, presently, is comprised of our Shop located in Edison, New Jersey and at the certified training Shop that we designate in Edison, New Jersey.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bang Cookies's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bang Cookies may require franchisees and their Operating Manager to participate in supplemental on-site training. This supplemental training is designated and required at Bang Cookies's discretion. The training may be provided on-site at the franchisee's Shop location.
If Bang Cookies requires supplemental on-site training, the franchisee is responsible for paying a supplemental training fee. The current fee is $300 per on-site trainer per day, in addition to covering the travel expenses, meals, and accommodation expenses incurred by Bang Cookies.
Bang Cookies also reserves the right to require franchisees (or their Managing Owner, if the franchisee is a corporation) to attend a system-wide training program. This program would be offered at Bang Cookies's affiliate-owned shop in New Jersey. The franchisee would be responsible for all travel, lodging, food, car rental, and employee wage expenses related to attending the system-wide training. Bang Cookies will not require attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than a total of five days in any calendar year.
