Post-Opening Obligations

    1. Supplemental Training We may require that you and your Operating Manager participate in supplemental on-site training that we may designate and require in our discretion. We may provide, in our discretion, supplemental training on-site at your Shop Location. You will be required to pay our then current supplemental training fee, currently $300 per on-site trainer per day, plus travel expenses, meals and accommodation expenses incurred by us. What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bang Cookies' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bang Cookies may require franchisees and their Operating Manager to participate in supplemental on-site training at their discretion. This supplemental training may be provided on-site at the franchisee's shop location.

If Bang Cookies requires supplemental on-site training, the franchisee is responsible for paying a supplemental training fee. As of the issuance date of the FDD, this fee is $300 per on-site trainer per day. In addition to the training fee, the franchisee must also cover the travel expenses, meals, and accommodation expenses incurred by Bang Cookies for the training.

Bang Cookies also reserves the right to require franchisees (or their Managing Owner, if the franchisee is a corporation) to attend a system-wide training program. If such a program is established, it will be offered at Bang Cookies' affiliate-owned shop in New Jersey. The franchisee will be responsible for all travel expenses, lodging, food, car rental, and employee wages incurred while attending the system-wide training program. Bang Cookies will not require attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than a total of five days in any calendar year.
