Where will the System-Wide Training Program for Bang Cookies be offered?

After the opening of your Shop we reserve the right to require that you (or your Managing Owner if you are a Corporate Entity) attend a system-wide training program (the "System-Wide Training Program") that we may establish in our discretion. If we establish a System-Wide Training Program, the program will be offered from our affiliate owned Shop in New Jersey and you will be responsible for all travel and expenses, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses and employee wages that you incur in connection with your attendance. We will not require your attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than a total of five days in any calendar year.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bang Cookies's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the System-Wide Training Program, if established, will be offered at Bang Cookies's affiliate-owned shop in New Jersey.
If Bang Cookies establishes this program, franchisees (or their Managing Owner if a corporate entity) may be required to attend. Franchisees will be responsible for all associated travel, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses, and employee wages incurred while attending the training.
Bang Cookies will not require attendance at the System-Wide Training Program for more than five days in any calendar year. This post-opening training is separate from the initial training program offered to new franchisees and their managers before opening their shop.
