What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bang Cookies' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Development Area Fee is specified in Schedule A, the Development Information Sheet, of the Multi-Unit Development Agreement. The Development Information Sheet includes a line item for the Development Area Fee, where the amount is to be filled in.
