What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bang Cookies's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Bang Cookies offers an annual conference, franchisees are required to attend. Bang Cookies may charge an annual conference fee, but it cannot exceed $1,500. Franchisees are also responsible for covering their own travel and lodging expenses to attend the conference.
Bang Cookies reserves the right to charge the annual conference fee even to franchisees who do not attend the conference. However, Bang Cookies will not require franchisees to attend an annual conference for more than three days in a calendar year.
