You may only sell the Approved Services and Products as specified in the Manuals or otherwise approved by us in writing and may only sell the products and services required by us. We can change the products and services that you must offer, which may include a requirement to participate in fundraising or nonprofit events and programs ("Fundraisers"). If required, Fundraisers may be subject to our standards and specifications or program parameters, such as pricing, as specified in the Manuals from time to time. We reserve the right to designate ourselves as an approved supplier in which we may receive revenue. If you purchase a Bakery Location, we reserve the right to require you to act as a designated supplier for Satellite Locations in your Territory, which may be subject to our standards and specifications or program parameters, such as pricing, as specified in the Manuals from time to time. There is no limitation on our right to change the products and services offered sold by Bang Cookies Shops. You are not limited to whom you may sell products and services of your Bang Cookies Shop, provided you do so exclusively from your Shop Location and as otherwise required by and in compliance with the standards we determine for the System.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bang Cookies's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, participation in fundraising events or programs, referred to as "Fundraisers," may be a requirement. If Bang Cookies mandates participation in Fundraisers, these events may be subject to specific standards, specifications, or program parameters set by Bang Cookies. These parameters could include pricing guidelines, as detailed in the manuals, which Bang Cookies may update periodically.
This means that as a Bang Cookies franchisee, you might be obligated to participate in fundraising activities as part of your franchise agreement. These fundraising events would not be entirely at your discretion; instead, Bang Cookies could impose specific rules and guidelines, such as how the products are priced during the fundraiser. These standards and specifications would be outlined in the Bang Cookies manuals, which franchisees are expected to follow.
Bang Cookies also retains the right to designate themselves as an approved supplier for these fundraisers, potentially allowing them to receive revenue from the products sold during the events. Furthermore, if a franchisee operates a Bakery Location, Bang Cookies could require them to act as a designated supplier for Satellite Locations within their territory, which would also be subject to standards, specifications, or program parameters like pricing, as specified in the manuals. This gives Bang Cookies significant control over the fundraising activities and supply chain, impacting how franchisees operate and generate revenue during these events.
Therefore, prospective franchisees should be prepared to incorporate fundraising activities into their business operations and adhere to the standards and specifications set by Bang Cookies. It is important to carefully review the manuals and any updates to understand the full scope of these requirements and how they might affect profitability and operational flexibility.
