From whom must a Bang Cookies franchisee purchase System Supplies?

The FDD states that Bang Cookies may designate a supplier, including themselves or affiliates, as the exclusive supplier for the System. If Bang Cookies does not designate a supplier in the manuals for a particular item, franchisees must purchase those products, supplies, and services from suppliers who meet Bang Cookies's specifications and standards. Currently, neither Bang Cookies nor its affiliates are approved suppliers of the source restricted goods and services identified in the FDD.
